All appointments are subject to the following conditions and agreed upon when booking:

• A non-refundable cancellation fee (50% of total cost) is required if the appointment is cancelled/ rescheduled within 24 hours of appointment. If the appointment is not attended or cancelled when I am already on my way to you, 100% of the cost is required.

• Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will also require a 50% deposit on all future bookings (taken off total cost).

• Horses must be clean, dry, free from mud and groomed for their massage.

• A dry, level area on hard standing is needed for the massage. If it will be dark at the time of the appointment, lights must be available.

• Horses must be sound, free from injury and not under any veterinary care unless vet consent has been obtained prior to appointment.
